Welcome to the Thad Hamilton State Farm Agency in Papillion, Nebraska! With over 30 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate their insurance options with confidence. I opened my agency in 2000 with a focus on personalized service and building lasting relationships with my customers. While our office is in downtown Papillion, we’re here to help Good Neighbors throughout Nebraska, including Omaha, Springfield, Bellevue, La Vista and the greater Sarpy County area.

We are a local insurance agency with 4 team members and me to serve you. We answer our phone. If we miss your call the first time, we call back as soon as we can. We can also text, email, or actually communicate face to face. In fact, recently we added the ability to do virtual appointments! And the team we have? They're all smart, capable, and have experience. In fact, we now gauge our experience here by the number of solar eclipses we've experienced together! But honestly, we believe in customer service done through constructive conversations with our customers. And underlying all of this? We are very aware that we wouldn’t exist without you, our customer. • I can’t make it through the day without reading multiple newspapers. #reading 📰

• I grew up on our family farm and miss all those days tending to it. It taught me the value of hard work, and it became a part of me. #farmlife 🚜

• I have over 30 years in the insurance industry as a Homeowners Adjuster and Agent. Can't believe I just said that but it's true!
